Not every job needs a full tear-off. If you've got rotting decking, worn flashing, or a leak around your chimney — we fix it right without overselling you.
Rotted Decking / Hole Repair
Found soft spots or rotting holes in your roof deck? We replace damaged sheathing one sheet at a time — no more, no less. You pay for the sheet of plywood plus $100 installation per sheet.
Price covers standard replacement. Additional flashing may apply depending on location.
Chimney Flashing
Leaks around the chimney are one of the most common roof problems. We install proper step flashing and counter flashing to seal it right — so water stays out for good.
Pricing depends on chimney size, height, and existing condition.
Valley Flashing
Valleys are where two roof planes meet — and where water concentrates. We install metal valley flashing with proper overlap to prevent leaks and ice damage.
Pricing depends on valley length and roof pitch.
Pipe Boot & Vent Flashing
Cracked or worn pipe boots are a top cause of hidden leaks. We replace them with high-quality boots and seal every penetration properly.
